Our managing agent is Grace Miller & Co. Grace Miller was formed in 2000 and specialises in providing estate management services, primarily to residential estates where the residents collectively own the freehold of the building or have responsibility for the management of the property. They manage a variety of private residential estates ranging in size from small blocks of four flats up to large estates of around 200 units. Grace Miller has set-up a dedicated mini site called MyBlockman. The documents previously available on this TGML site have therefore been removed.
MyBlockman is a secure account that lets each individual flat owner:
View current service charge and ground rent transactions
View and download current and previous service charge applications and statements
View estimates of service charge expenditure and schedules/apportionment details
Download important documents such as Accounts, Estate Rules and AGM Minutes
View and update emergency contact details
View current building insurance documents and company information
View important live announcements relating to your development
Allow a third party such as your partner or letting agent access to your account
If you have not previously used the MyBlockman portal and do not have a login account, lessees will need to email gracemiller@notify.myblockman.co.uk to get a login password.
Whenever there is any new activity on your account you will be notified by email and provided with a link to enable you to log straight into your account.
When your MyBlockman account is activated it will generate notification emails with a link and a password to login, as required to use this service. Emails in respect of MyBlockman will come from gracemiller@notify.myblockman.co.uk
